635+ 2 sets minis bands (65lb+ tension) Sumo off 4" blocks

PR left 20lb in the tank.

I used a conventional suit with the legs cut off, straps very loose.

    Bodyweight 217.

May want to fast forward to the lift lol, not sure how to edit.

Nice pull, did it feel fully locked out? Its hard to tell from watching from the back.

Yeah 700lbs pull pretty soon I think, is that a standard bar or DL bar? I get a pretty big carryover at the meet because of the bar.

Looked really strong man...... but I saw what selk saw too...... it could just be the sweat pants, or it could be that you are leaning back so hard at the top your knees unlock....... hard to tell from this angle. Better to catch it now than at a meet...... either way, great pull.

    Strong steady pull Nick!!

Do your trackie bottoms not bunch up and cause more friction?
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

Definitely not a question of strength, just a small tweak to make sure some super-anal " wish this were the IPF" judge doesn't red light you for not locking out......

Especially if that's a stiff bar, that's a great pull..... I get around 30lbs more from a bar with some whip to it.....

Go find a gym with a Texas DL bar and pull 7!!!

    Thanks!

Yes the bar is very stiff, no gyms anywhere near me with powerlifting bars.......I will buy an Okie or Texas for my next birthday.

Lots to work on but I have found what works........at least for now.
