    Article for taller lifters...

    I thought it was intesting simply because it said for the bench press, taller lifters actually have to REDUCE their grip width in order to tuck better and protect their shoulders. I found this interesting because I have a problem with flairing with the wide grip I use to reduce the ROM.

    6'2 here as well, with long monkey arms. I don't think I have a problem with tucking my elbows but it's hard to tell sometimes.
