The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    My first Meet results.

Just want to say thanks to everybody here, especially Lones, and Brian Hopper. Lones has given me advice on another forum we're on. I asked Brian how he thought i should prepare for this meet and I did pretty much what he suggested. Only thing I changed was some light lifting during the week of the meet. Thanks for all your help. Between here, the Dave Tate video I was able to increase my bench by 105lbs in the last year. Below is the 2nd and 3rd attempts on bench and deadlift from the push/pull meet I did today. Third attempt on bench was called good, I did a little bounce deal, I notice I've done this with weights I'm not mentally sure I can do. If they hadn't called it good I would have took my fourth attempt. I hit a 20lb PR on bench and Deadlift today, way stoked!

Thanks everybody, appreciate the kind words. Brian Hopper, and Lones, really appreciate the help you all gave me. Lones, I want to do an spf meet for sure, hopefully this year, just not sure what is out there that I can do, would like a while to train before the next meet. Would like us to organize with eric and jordan from b9 and all of us come down for one. Jitt, and Brian C, thanks feeling pretty great about it.
