The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I'm still shocked at how easy all of his lifts were. He really put it together and then some. At such an elite level, you don't often see PR's like 40 pounds on the squat, 50 pounds on the bench, etc. And to pull it all together in one meet is unbelievable.

I'm telling you guys, just wait for the video on this one.

I think he pulled around 780 and then switched to sumo and looks like its working for him. I've seen a couple close attempts with 800 conventional

I totally agree Lones! This meet was like the planets all lined up and the atmosphere was pure power! And A.J. jumped right in the middle of it. He was 9 for 9 and he seemed to have much more in the tank. Lones you did a great job and it was a pleasure seeing you guys lift!

    Haha, great analogy.

Thanks, and you did great keeping everyone going through a 12 hour day. I loved the spartan warrior shouts.
