    Yeah, another training vid. 2 weeks out from SPF Ironman

    Worked some inclines again. Damn, I hate this thumb from smooth grip (come on, it's like tying Lebron's sneakers together--well, not really) However, I'm thinking it's got to help my lockout in the long run. Training is going well. I am packing on a few lbs as you can see by the boiler. I hate it, but It will help me for this meet. Hopefully I can hit what I want and drop 15 lbs or so.

    Vincent, why the incline? I know Dave Tate talks about doing these alot. Any advantage compared to the flat bench?
