This week I peak.
I am currently on a plan of my own invention, which entails a four day split.
I'm currently 15 and in the 242 class, but plan 6 months of bodybuilding, and will hopefully move into the 275 class at maybe 245-250.
My current PR's are a:
525 squat (belt, wraps)
305 bench (raw)
565 deadlift (straps and belt, raw)
Today I should update with my final deadlift PR.
Tried to pull 585 today, didn't make it past my opener, which was 550:
Came up like paper though!

Today was a rest day, tomorrow I do chest, going for 315 on flat. Going to try to hit 70s on flies and such.
My bodybuilding is going to be more like 8 months, instead of 6.
My current powerlifting Routine is as follows:
One Arm Barbell Row
Preacher Hammer Curls
Rear Delt Dumbbell Row
Rear Delt Fly
Did chest today, pushed 315, almost clean, I'm stressed right now...
