    Was just going to do some speed squats and lower body assistance stuff, but it was so nice out I decided to get some event work in. I won't be around this weekend to do it so I just pushed it up a few days. Didn't know how it was going to go. I was feeling pretty sore from yesterday's workout. Decided not to do any farmers or frame work. I did something to my middle finger on my right hand during axle deads Monday. It feels similar to when I played basketball and would jam my fingers. Stupid strapless axle deads.

    300 X 100ft - Just wanted to get some work in and play around with a few different grips to see if I could find the right grip for me. I didn't. If I get it really high on my chest I lose my air pretty quick. If I keep it lower on my chest I can keep my air longer, but then my legs are banging into it slowing me down. Plus it puts a lot of pressure on my biceps. Just got to keep working at it and hopefully it starts coming around.

    Didn't feel like overhead pressing tonight. Wanted to do something different, something fun. Decided to test my bench press since I haven't done it in awhile. Only issue was I did something to my middle and ring finger on my right hand. Hurts like hell when I make a fist. I know I did it doing axle deadlifts last week. When I put the barbell in my hand that didn't feel to great, but it was tolerable.

    Was away all weekend. Just got back this afternoon. Ate as well as I could. Not great, but not horrible. Did a lot of driving this weekend which led to my lower back hating me all weekend. Decided to do a workout tonight even though I knew it probably wasn't going to go well.

    Thanks Coke. Back feels ok today. Sitting in a car pretty much all day Friday combined with my girlfriends ultra firm bed spelled disaster for my back this weekend.

    Woke up today and my back was feeling okay. I figured it was just tired when I felt that give last night. I was pretty bummed out today for a lot of reasons. The most being how shitty last night's workout went. I was going to rest today and do press tomorrow, but when I got home I actually felt like lifting which lately never happens. Turned out to be a really good session which put me in a good mood.

    900X1 - Injured my lower back. Felt something crunch on the left side of my lower back around the 50ft mark. I should of never attempted 900. Haven't done that much weight in 10 months. Set with 835 didn't feel that great. Just stupid. Plus I tweaked it on Monday and squatted heavy on Thursday. Just dumb. Will probably be taking it easy this week.

    Lower Back is feeling a little better. I did nothing yesterday, but lay around and rest it. It's no way near 100%, but I felt like getting a sweat on so I did some upper body stuff. Will take it easy this week. Probably just do bodybuilding type workouts and not go to heavy on weight.
