Anyone see the one-week meal plan that Shelby Starnes wrote for Men's Fitness? (April issue)
I passively thumb through Men's Fitness, but that caught my eye.
I'm not 185 lb (I'm 200) so I'd probably bump some calories.
I like how it reads, I may consider giving it a go.
First I gotta get this shoulder healed up..

If you purchase the macronutrient guide book. (Available on shelbystarnes.com or efs) you can use the chart and lay out a basic carb cycleing diet for any bodyweight...I've lost 24lbs over the last 13 weeks carb cycleing with very very little strength loss...the books like 10-15 bucks. Its not as good as hireiing shelby to layout and monitor your diet. (That's what I did) but its better then just winging it
