I got 24. Not my best, so ill try again next week. My wrap flies off on rep 4, but no big deal. And I layed the weight down on my lap and then put it on the floor. Would never do this with heavier weight without a spotter. BW-214 39y/o

Dam, if I had a spotter, I'd do this...without a spotter, I'd only attempt 8. With one, I could hit around 12-13. Not the best, but hey, it's better than not lifting at all.

Could do more, and will later, but I had no spotter and the bar was freezing cold (it was in my garage in the winter in WV). Actually made me feel better, as I did it easier than I've ever done it, so I'll try it later. And for anyone who says it's not 225 (just in case someone might say something) it's 45s 35s and 10s...I only have 2 45s...

Phil I doubt that's going to cut it, but you still have plenty of time to take another video if you want manAll reps need to touch the chest. To be counted, each repetition must get very close to full lockout. Complete locking of the elbows will NOT be required, but be warned that ½ and ¾ reps will be discounted. Final judgment for what is a full rep will be at the sole discretion of our judging panel. Rest pauses will be allowed, but not that exceed 4 seconds, and no more than 2 total.
Hey guys, I am Jordan Linteris and I was messaged from someone to check out the contest here. Good idea to get some new people to the site and things like this get my attention. Anyways, here is my 225for reps vid. I made this vid a while ago and now have a pinched nerve in my c7 so my right tricep is a mess. Otherwise I would make an updated video. Anyhow... enjoy.
