The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Done a 455 for 3 a few days before injury and is on my YouTube.

Yep legit 32 there. So if there is a tie, does it go to the lighter competitor? (too lazy to re-check the rules I should know anyway)

So is that 35 or 39 because the spot grabbed the weight too soon? I guess it depends on the judges for that kinda stuff and lockout, but eitherway a very impressive video. Good Job.

He thought I was done and I was lockedout when he touched it but it never went to rack so I'd think it would count but again I'm not the judge. Guess we will see. I recorded my buddy doing 45 super clean but he said wait until Thursday night to summit unless I get knocked out of first place. It will not be summited unless some passes me then I but him in the mix.

Not sure if it is 32 or 33, you be the judge on the last rep. May try again Tuesday after a few days of rest.

As a side note, turning 45 tomorrow....

Phil was good for 39 in my book. Magilla with 33. Can't see Andy's on my phone, but a legit 41 would take 1st.

Great efforts. After review by the judges, there doesn't seem to be enough "locked-out" reps to overtake the current leaders. There is still a couple of days left to get another attempt. Remember, we want to see the reps pretty well "locked-out" in order to count them.

    Current leaders:
    Andy (shields) - 41
    Philip Brewer - 39
    Magilla - 33
