    Thanks everyone!

    It's been awhile since i've made some good gains and PR's on the squat... my last good squat cycle was over the summer and over the fall/winter of this past year, i've kinda taken it easy on squats, trying to let my joints and everything rest up so that i could start training hard and heavy for the spring/summer.

    I'm looking to total close to 2,200 raw at my meet on April 17th and i'm training my squats the hardest to get 850 in belt and wraps at that meet. I'll be sure to keep posting videos and keeping everyone updated with my training!
