    675 single ply bench attempt

    Here is the video of my last set from 3/7/2011. Strength is there, just got some technique issues I have to fix. I had only plan on benching 600 with my total figures. I under sold myself, and will have to change some numbers around. Maybe closer to 2100 total than I thought.

    Came up really fast up until lock out, nice attempt.
    Current PR's 198 - 220
    Squat - 777 - 771.5
    Bench - 611.7 - 628.2
    Deadlift - 567 - 584
    Total 1929 - 1973

    yeah, lockout was a little soft, but not a terrible lift. it's there in a meet I think.

    Thanks, just now learning this shirt. Been making steady jumps every week. Having some issues getting the weight down though.
