    alright, it's been awhile. But it's time to get this thing movin' again.
    Current weight - 180 lbs
    age - 21
    height - 6'2

    I have just decided to add an arm focused day into my routine... looks like this:
    Day 1
    Deads
    Squats
    Calf Raise

    Day 2
    Flat DB Bench
    Rows
    Lateral Raises

    Day 3
    Squat
    OH Press
    Leg Curls

    Day 4
    CGBP/Chins (alternating)
    Dips
    Curls/Skulls (alternating)

    Pretty disappointed I couldn't get 280. Probably time to deload, which is good since I'll be going out of town next weekend and won't have to feel guilty about missing workouts. Will probably go for a solid "upper" day on Wednesday, then it easy until the next Tuesday, when I'll come back in squattin' like it's my job
