    Please help with cardio ideas

    What kind of cardio can be done without the legs? My girlfriend cannot use her legs for a while.
    Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.

    what do u mean by can't use legs.. like cant use legs at all? if she can use them just not put pressure like run try using the bike or maybe swimming if she cant use legs what so ever as long as she doesnt kick haha.

    She can bend her knees about 10 degrees now but will be unable to bend them at all for two months after surgery.

    I've been suggesting swimming and hopefully I'll be able to get her in the pool soon. any other suggestions?

    man thats kinda of a tough one...im sure their must be something clever that can be done with your arms, but i dont think it will get the same effect as if you : run/bicycle ect.....

    i heard one guy did shitloads of situps for his cardio. as said before, another good way to burn fat is sex. the most crucial part i think during a time like this would be having a good diet. my .02$

    some gyms have hand-bike thingies (the Y in my hometown did) that are basically pedals, mounted where you can turn 'em with your hands, with variable resistance
