Nice volume work on the deadlifts!
Squats an deads in the same session is hard! Nice
    Nice rep deads!!
Big volume day. I like those higher rep squats
That is a nice effort with the squats and deads guy.
Thanks bloodshoteyes, HJP, NickAus, Off Road and Coke. Higher rep deads is something I haven't done in a long time. I certainly felt that set of 8.

Your chinning strength is really good. Do you think you could do a solid single with 100 lbs yet?

Great work in here Tom. Very solid.

So now that you bought a shirt and briefs, what are your goals if you dont have plans to compete?

Strong lats man! Seems like you do traditional back work most of the time, rows, chins, do you do anything special that I might be overlooking?

Cheers Off Road. Hmm, if I had to guess I'd say no. I think 80-85 pounds would probably be my limit.

Heavy chins bro!! Also curious to the answer to Brians question!
Thanks Brian and HJP. My goals will remain the same. For me it's just about increasing my knowledge and experience and seeing what I'm capable of.

Glad to see you moving along strong bro.
    Cheers Coke.

Thanks bloodshoteyes. Nah man, rows, chin-ups and deadlifts is it for me though I'd probably do some form of cable row if I trained in a commercial gym.
