You bee playing in finals or watching? Just wondered out of curiosity if you were involved still!
Just a spectator these days man. Played soccer for many years but had to give it up two seasons ago because of work committments.

Putting up some great numbers Tom. I feel you on other sports taking up some time, but thats what keeps us ticking. This time of year in the States is huge sportwise. We got Baseball playoffs and American Football going full force, plus Hockey about to start. Then on top of that, all the college Football and basketball which is just as big. A lot of time and beer to drink haha. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Brian. I've always been amazed at the following that college level sporting events have in the states.

Sure is man. We've had a local team in the soccer, AFL, league, union, netball and hockey grand finals. All of which I've had to attend.

Looks good for an olympic style squat.

You sure squat below parallel, when you read most guys numbers here they only go to parallel (most not all).

    Great work!!

Big plank, have to try for a minute with weight tomorrow!!

Training doing well especially given the other stuff happening at the moment, ie, warriors!

Thanks HJP. Haha, certainly going to be a cracking game especially if both teams play as well as they did last weekend.
