    Any tactic behind the lighter high rep squatting?
    I decided to add a second squat day simply so I'm squatting more often but I don't have any real reason for making one day heavy, one day light. Simply for the sake of variety.

    You can anchor the bands to some plates, big plates if you are inventive.

    Perhaps bolt down the rack and first put it on 2-3" blocks so there is a gap.....that is the ultimate.
