    Not that near Cronulla........great beach btw my mate lives there 2 mins from the water.

    I am in the City, will be easy enough to train sometimes if you can drive in or catch the train Im also only 10 mins from airport.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Thanks Nick. I'm actually not sure man. I had a look through my training logs and couldn't even find it so I'm sure it'd be too long ago to be of any relevance. Would like to think I could pull 440-450 for three.
