    Strong work on the upper there bro! Those Z pressed look interesting, how do you find them vs a normal overhead press?

    Strong work on the upper there bro! Those Z pressed look interesting, how do you find them vs a normal overhead press?
    Thanks HJP. They feel very similar as far as working the shoulders go. One thing I do like is that with these you can either press the weight or you cant. With a standing OHP once you reach failure you can generally bang out another rep or two with some leg drive and/or back arch. Whilst I don't think that's a bad thing by any means, it often leaves me thinking 'how much leg drive did I use there? Was it too much? Was it the same amount or slightly less than I used last time?' which can make progress a little tricky to track.
