    I see in the gripper vid (cheers for posting!) you go full rom, you are pretty strong. To give you an idea I can only do about 4-6 full rom reps with the #2.5.

    Thanks Gaz. Can't say I loved it, not nearly as much as the other bench press variations I do anyway. First time ever benching heavy to boards though, I guess sometimes it takes a few goes to really nail an exercise.
