The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Muscular recruitment is fairly similar though sumo does hit the adductors harder and the more upright torso that sumo stance requires does take load off the low back erectors. Outside of that it largely depends on individual techniques. In general though, it's simply a more favourable style for some people (those with long torsos and relatively short arms).

Trained yesterday but I was at mate's place using equipment I'm not used to, was battling a headache from the start and tried some of his pre-workout supp which made me feel nauseous. Long story short, terrible session not even worth logging.
