    Damn-it...you smoked those dips and beat me by 2 reps...great lift.

    YIKES, those dips looks easy as well. Keep that up and your bench should shoot up like crazy.

    Thanks HJP. After re-watching that video they look easier than they felt on the night. 8 was definitely all I had in me though. The knee is fine - it was just a 'click'. As soon as I racked the weight and gave it a bit of a rub it felt fine.
