i have a weigh in on the 25th with about 9lbs to lose? should i cut out results asap or the 20th?
I never noticed a big bloat from results. I think this is common with cheaper forms but the creatine in Results is high quality. I always take it up to the meet and never have any water rentention issues if cutting.

I'm not well versed in short term weight manipulation for an event so take this advice somewhat with a grain of salt. But I can tell you that I retain no (above normal) water from results or the creapure in it. I also don't retain (above normal) water from just 50g of carbs. However, if one is trying to thoroughly dry out in a short term for a weigh in then carbs are certainly something to be mindful of. I use results post workout and I would only drop it (assuming trying to make a weigh in) if all others carbs throughout the day had already been eliminated and I was still skeptical that I would make weight.
