    Haven't lifted in about a month. Had a MMA fight in AC last week, and I was doing double training sessions, morning and night, had no energy to get a bj from Kate Upton let alone to lift. I got cauliflower in both ears, had no less than 3 black eyes, but I won my fight by 1st round tko.

    Thanks. It was light heavyweight. But I weighed in about 7 pounds under. Weight was dropping off of me at an alarming rate.

    I still, and may never understand how fighters... who spend 25 hours a day doing grueling cardio and even occasional weight training (with many being juiced up as well) are not all utterly shredded. Why is it so very rare to see competitive fighters under 8% bodyfat...???
