    I was up a 3 am, left around 4:30, drove 4 hours up there and got there at 8 am, weighed in at 233.5, so I was in the 242 raw class. There were 2 other people in my class, both looking to hit simalar numbers, so it was awesome to have some competition.

    squat:
    435: good
    470: good, PR
    500: good, ties record.
    505: good, new record.

    bench
    310: good
    340: PR
    365: good, my 1st ever lifting goal finally accomplished.

    deadlift
    535: good
    600: good, PR
    at this point, I was up by 25 lbs in the total. The guy called for 630, which would put him in the lead.
    625: good, record.
    He missed 630.

    Total: 1495, record. I was also awarded best lifter. Needless to say the ice cream and doughnut diet paid off.
