    The dounche that asked to work in with me while i was doing close grip almost surprised me. When I saw him I'm thinking that he would be weak, 225 bench at the best. He then loaded up 315 on his first set. I'm thinking, wow this guy is strong to go 315 as a warm up. Maybe I'm wrong about him, it doesn't happen often but it does happen. As it turns out, I right. He's a tool, his "bench" was literally a 2 inch ROM. I'm now pictruing him blowing out his shoulder and dropping the weight on the ground. So now I'm nervous, my dead ipod is laying by the bench. If his arm pops off him might break my ipod. Just think how bad his life would be, he'll have a broke shoulder and a broken jaw from me elbowing him in the face.

    Been doing rehab but today the PT opened my brace so I can walk better and sit in a chair more normal. Now I can go back to the gym and lift upper body.
    bench, was seeing where my strength was at, to use for this cycle of 5/3/1

    this was about the limit. This work out to 320 max bench, I was expecting much worse. I did 275x5 maybe 2 months ago, so I'm going to use that and do the 3 and the 5/3/1 day that followed.
