Flex Lewis - British Grand Prix 202

This is about perfect imo. Classic physique and good condition. He could be tighter. He lacks the feathered quads, striated triceps, and striated shoulders, but this is a good balance of size and fitness.

From an IFBB pro I'd want more quad sweep. Perhaps it is the way he is posing, though. Great lines.

I've always been a fan of Flex. Once he gets everything locked in solid, I think he'll soar.

    Wow great proportions.

His arms do seem a little more bloated though. Almost seems like he's just retaining a bit of water, but in weird places.

I agree, a good overall physique. If he could bring up his lats and quads a bit he would be hard to beat.

Is he still one of MD's guys?

Edit: My bad, Rockel came in fourth in the open, Lewis won 202 I believe.

How the he'll does JJ place above Rockell. Like Chris stated a few days ago, he is always getting overlooked.
