    Meet report for USPA Concord 6/4/2011

    I competed in the 220lb class.

    Squatz:

    210 kg = 462.970 lb (+11lb PR)
    232.5 kg = 512.574 lb (+72lb PR!!)
    240.5kg kg = 530.211 lb miss (too high)

    Bench

    150 kg = 330.693 lb (+11.5lb PR)
    156 kg = 343.921 lb *California state record!! (+25lb PR!!)
    162.5 kg = 358.251 lb miss (too heavy!)

    Deadlift

    230 kg = 507.063 lb
    242.5 kg = 534.620 lb (6lb PR)
    252.5 kg = 556.667 lb (28.5lb PR!!)
    265 kg = 584.224 lb *California state record (56lb PR!!!)

    Total ***** 641 kg = 1413.163 lb (+126lb PR!!) **** (4th attempt does not count towards total)

    Wilks is 407.612 (weighed in at 200lb even)
