    bench press

    x1 @ 130 kg = 286.600 lb
    x2 @ 150 kg = 330.693 lb (3 board)
    x3 @ 150 kg = 330.693 lb (2 board)
    x3 @ 160 kg = 352.739 lb (2 board) PR!!
    x3 @ 165 kg = 363.762 lb (2 board) PR!!!!

    3 x 6 @ 120lb

    Machine Shoulder Lateral Raises

    3 x 8 @ 120lb
