this is when i do best i started lifting in high school after school and felt the best now i coach hs football so im there after school with the kids

weird thing is for about 4 yrs i worked overnight, id go home and sleep get up and go to weights at 3 and felt good cause it was 3 even though i just woke up but if i went to bed at night and got up in the morning to lift i do bad

but anywhere from 10a to 7p i can do ok
