    I headed out to Dick's gym to lift with Corey, Jason, and Pete..... seeing the gains they made this year I wanted to see what it was all about..... it ended up looking like a pissing contest where we ended up pushing each other..... Just squatting in briefs with some light reverse bands...... Me and Jason ended up going to 1015, Corey went 1065....... then we deadlifted..... ( but not 800..... yet)

    well, the day I did 551, I had to shut it down after that set because either the wraped pinched my hamstring or I slightly tore it. But I was good for a lot more then 551 the day I did it.
