Ok, i got the whole summer plus 4 extra months of totally free training time. like all day all night all week all month.
I got my diet worked out, i just need some help on routine/training. Like what style of spliut would be the best, for all my free time. What kind of reps/sets. I want to maximize my time. I just want to add on major muscle mass.
Any suggestions would be great guys.
try a couple of splits and see what you enjoy the most and where you progress the most
what ever you decide use heavy weights, work hard, and eat as much as you can
