    Hip + Hang Snatch: 50x1+1 60x1+1 70x1+1 80x1+1 90x1+0 90x1+1 (PR for actually hitting both) 95x1+0(PR Hip, it was kind of ugly though)
    Clean and Jerk: 80x1 100x1 110x1 120x1 130x1 140x0(missed jerk, PR Clean) 140/308lbsx1(maybe, was a little forward but saved it, but slipped a little on the recovery and left elbow came a bit unlocked. Probably would have been 2 reds, but fuck it) 120x1

    Pretty good day. Felt food from the hip and hang, and finally actually hit both at 90. I would always either miss the hang and then get the hip or vice versa. 95kg from the hip is a PR too. Cleans felt a ton better, figured out my issues and am now more patient as well. I think I am good for 150 maybe more on cleans. Same with jerks, but jerks are still spotty. That 140 jerk was still a bit in front, but would have been fine if I didn't slip a little, lol

    felt like blah, so I am ok with this day. I will hit that 151 for a triple next week. Hell I think I will hit 155 for a triple next week

    Snatch: 60x2 70x2 80x2 90x2 95x2(PR for double) 100x2 (PR for double) 100x0 (so close, not even supposed to for a PR single, but had to try. Will destroy this next time I do snatch only for 1st thing)
    Jerks: 80x1 100x1 110x1 120x1 130x1 (4 or 5 singles with 130)


    1st time overhead squatting anything even remotely heavy. Felt decent, pretty happy to get 100 kilos on it. Already feel more comfortable in the bottom of a snatch, so that's good. Should have had 110 snatch, but considering it was after overhead squatting and snatching doubles, I am pretty happy. Strongman events tomorrow.

    Didn't sleep worth a shit last nite, was too pumped up on winning a 4 team parlay (degenerate gambler, haha)

    Did some log up to 250 for a double (clean once) wasn't super hard, but definitely not easy either.

    Then just some reverse truck pulls (these suck)

    Although, I think we figured it out again. Over time I have continued to widen my stance, so we went down to 90 and I made sure to bring my feet in under my hips and angle my toes out, and all those jerks at 90 were beautiful. It's 90 though, but I think this will help things a ton. It is getting frustrating when after 125 kilos, my jerks are so hit or miss. Need to do a lot more practicing with this narrower stance, so it becomes 2nd nature. I can clean 140 consistently, and can probably clean 145, maybe more, but my jerks suck. So I need to fix that shit asap.

    Pretty decent day, should have had that double at 101, just not tight. Good things are happening. 105 overhead skwat is a PR, but I am new those, but already feeling more comfortable in the bottom position of the overhead squat/snatch. This new jerk technique is a good thing. Narrower stance is helping me drive off my heels and jerking from fingers is helping the bar go straight up since I don't have the tendency to grasp it anymore. Tore a callus snatching, that hurt.

My strict press is abysmal and for the first time in my life, I am actually going to train it. Push presses once a week and strict presses once a week, it can't do many harm.
