    Front Skwats (Day 5 Of CCCP Squat Program for frontals): 60x2 80x2 100x2 122x1 135x6x2

    Front Skwats (Day 6 of CCCP Squat Thing): 20x5 50x3 50x3 75x3 95x3 112x1 125x1 135/296x6x5
    Strict Press (From Rack): 50x4 56x2 63x2 67x1 71.5x1 76x1 80x1 85x1 87x00
    Sotts Press: 42x1 50x1
    Strict Press (From Rack): 70x2 75x2 80x2 87x1(PR, wtf) 89x0

    2 kilo PR on the strict press, even though I missed it, went back down and did doubles, and then got it. Weird. Front skwats weren't too bad, paused the last one of the 6th set, didn't know if I would get it after that, haha. Those sotts presses are a lot more difficult than with the snatch grip. Overhead skwats/snatch doubles/jerks tomorrow morning. Maybe something in the evening too
