The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

My 1st Bench Night in the 'Titan Super Ram'. 4 Months Post Op!

Last week I got to 255 x 1 raw. Here is this weeks bench night using the Titan Super Ram:

Monday 4-4-11 Bench Nite - Bwt. 271 - 4 months post shoulder replacement surgery.

    Bench Press

    bar x 20

    135 x 10

    185 x 5

    225 x 1

    Add Titan Super Ram

    255 x 5

    275 x 1

I really like the Titan Super Ram! I think it will be a big factor in my comeback on the BP after the shoulder replacement. It's letting me handle more weight with the support and is easy to get on and off. It has enough of a shirt feel that it should help me transition back to my shirt quicker than without it. Very good first run in it!

I was hoping for pics. I always find post ops interesting. I didn't know you went through with it. It takes a very confident person to do what you have done. We're talking tranny right?
