Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I recommend buying his 12 weeks to a bigger bench program - http://www.flexcart.com/members/elit...&m=PD&pid=5116

I like it so much I quit the program I was doing for a feb meet and went to Mr. Schwabs program. It's laid out with percentages and all.

Very good program!!! Well worth the money!!!!

He is a good lifter. I have trained with him a few times. He's much better with a bench shirt than anything, but still always hits 2x bodyweight or more raw.

Why don't you ask him more about it on Elitefts (www.elitefts.com and look under the Q&A section and choose Brian Schwab under where it says who to ask your question) or he has an account on facebook also.
    Best competition lifts:
    650lbs. raw squat
    441lbs. raw bench
    580lbs. raw deadlift
    1650lbs. raw total
