I have been doing flat bench, incline dumbell press, push ups and decline bench 1 to 2 times a week. My chest is still just flat with no definition. Flat bench I start with 110lbs and go up to 140lbs 6 to 8 reps. When using dumbells about 35lbs each arm. I know this isn't a lot but after months I would think I would see something. I don't have any lines that typicaly define a mans chest. Any advice?
