    diet / training tracker???

so i'm gonna try and add some muscle / weight over the next 6 months by using the 5x5 by bill star and am looking for a type of diet / calorie / weight / training improvements tracker website.

one that allows me to pick foods that i eat easily and then see what i eat per day with the calories and protein etc.

googling 'calorie tracker' brings more DIET, as in loose weight, sites.

do u know of any free websites?

    looks good, thanks!
had a brief look and tried to enter my weight goal but since the goal is larger than where i start from,i get an error... Your goal weight is greater than your starting weight ... which is really dumb.

is there a way around this or does it really matter?

I don't know. I only use it to get calorie and macro totals periodically. Others use it more extensively, hopefully they will help.

MyPlate allows you to put in a higher target weight, but overall it's very similar to Fit Day.

a few months ago i saw a diet-nutrition-weight-lifting site in a thread on this forum but can't find it anymore.
checked google (for the last hour) and can't find it.
checked my bookmarks and can't see it.

it looked really really good, similar idea to FITDAY but waaaaaaay better. darn memory loss

Not trying to hijack the thread but is there anyway to change your goal weight to higher than your starting weight? I'm trying to gain weight lol.

haven't figured out how to do that.
and its strange, every diet/nutrition program is geared towards losing weight.
at least they could include the option of gaining

I wouldn't go by the amount of calories they tell you that you need. Track your calories for 2 weeks. Get your base calories. If you aren't gaining/losing weight accoring to your goals then add/reduce your calories by 200. Keep track for another two weeks. Repeat as needed.
