    need help w RAW power cycle w/ %age straight weight please help.

    I can never seem to stick to a plan. I am always changing stuff up all the time. I am trying to find something i like. I would appreciate if you guys could draw up some plans and % cycles and give me some ideas please. I am aiming fo ra meet June 4th. Best lifts right now 505 squat, 635 pull, 465 bench.

    whats your emai?. i have a template form a russian power program. its good stuff, simple, but good. all you do is plug your target numbers in and it lays out the whole plan for you. give me your email addy and ills end it to you...
