I can never seem to stick to a plan. I am always changing stuff up all the time. I am trying to find something i like. I would appreciate if you guys could draw up some plans and % cycles and give me some ideas please. I am aiming fo ra meet June 4th. Best lifts right now 505 squat, 635 pull, 465 bench.
