    Awesome!! This is just what I've come to expect from Malanichev. I hope he sets a new world record at this competition.

    Pretty crazy. The only thing that looks a bit odd is how easy the walkout is...

    The only squats I've seen where he looks uncomfortable are when he is walking it out of a monolift.

    ^^Watch some of his videos from the Cup of Titans (Single-ply/ER Rack) and from Worldlifting (Raw/wraps/monolift). He shakes alot during the walkout and once he has his stance setup and awaiting the squat command. On his 450 attempt at Worldlifting, his entire lowerbody is shaking very violently during the descent, much like his days squatting in single ply squatting out of an ER Rack. He's worked on his stability alot.

    Can't tell, but there should be a 2x4 or something bolted in front of that ER Rack. Some pissed off Russian is going to knock it over one day lol
