    590 Deadlift

Here's my third pull from my meet yesterday. Weighed in at 190, pull is 590.

I'll try to find my bench and squat vids later, hard tracking everything down as we had like 4 different cameras going.

Fuck me Invain, I just flashed back to when you'd gained your first 50lbs and was all cut and chubby, you look like an absolute monster. Great pull to!
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Very impressive, over 3x your BW. It must be cool to do something that 99+% of the world's population will never do.
