    Opticen for breakfast

Correct me if my science is lacking:

If you've slept a good 8 hours and before going to bed your last meal was 2 to 4 hours prior, then you've just gone 10 to 12 hours without food. While I'm sure whole foods is the best way to get your first meal of the day in, doesn't Opticen you in the same way it helps those using it for post-workout drinks?

I had great results using opticen for breakfast. The only reason I stopped was due to financial reasons.

x2 I love opticen but I was spending waaay too much $ on it. So now if I need more calories in a shake I just throw some PB and a banana and oats in it and its still yummy.

Sometimes will have an Opticen shake or an Opticen shake and some fruit for breakfast.

Do you typically train in the morning or afternoon?

Both. I have to work my gym time around my work time. Early would be 7am and late would be 10pm.
