Flat Comp Grip Bench:

10 @ 40kg

6 5 @ 60kg

Flat Wide Grip Bench:

10 @ 40kg
10 @ 50kg
6 5 @ 60kg

CGBP (hands 6" apart):

10 @ 40kg
6 x 5 @ 50kg

BB Skulls (pullover style with hands 6" apart):

20 @ 20kg - fast
10 @ 30kg - 30X1 tempo
2 x 5 @ 35kg - 30X1 tempo
4 @ 35kg - 30X1 tempo
2 x 5 @ 30kg - 40X1 tempo
4 @ 30kg - 40X1 tempo

Ab Wheel Rollouts:

5 + 5 - OUCH! (could still feel the 2 sets I did at the weekend! )

Note:

was supposed to be a fast and light volume session but this was only the 3rd workout I've managed in the last 2 and half weeks and the 1st chest/tricep session in that time so the weight didn't move as fast as I would've liked and it definitely didn't feel as light as it should have! gotta get back into a routine! I'm not driving all over the country in the next 2 weeks so should manage better consistency of training.
