Everything you need to know about peak week

Heres a 5 part mini video series by Layne Norton on Peak Week.

I just watched all of these the other day. Too bad it was after my show and not before. I think everything that he says is spot on.

Chris and jay the site is as active with competitors as I ever remember. Would be interesting to see a round table thread or article with guys sharing what worked and didn't work in their recent preps.

That may or may not have enough legs CP. It is obvious that there are more and more people coming onto WBB and are interested or have a hand in BBing.

I could see another forum being directed more so towards BBings. The threads in this forum are either a posting about a BBer or just about beginner type questions about a routine.
