I AM using a Smith machine, but I want to know if I'm using my back too much and if it would be proper form without a Smith machine (take into consideration I AM favoring one knee because I've had 2 knee surgeries the past 2 years, with my right knee being more recent). Thanks in advance.
1. the angle sucks
2. its a half squat at best
3. your stance is too wide for smith
