    Those pull ups at the beginning...just wow, that takes some serious power. Explosive as hell man. There's no way I can even imagine myself doing pull ups like that.

    And the squats are unreal, all I can say is your a tank

    Nice! I have some motivation before my workouts. I can only watch the same stuff repeatedly so many times.

    Your intensity has always been high, even if it seems to be too much at times! lol I know it takes you to another level and your progress has shown through.

    Great job nonetheless.
