i had took some photos today after doing some bench presses and push ups.
i plan to post more photos in this thread as i try to go bigger.

Do you have a particular goal in mind with the focus of your training and dieting?
I am not a fan of leaving comments on others pictures unless there's a direction with it.
Are you doing more than just push ups? Lifting at a gym?
Consistency is the key to success within this sport...
i'm trying to gain more muscle mass, its really difficult because i cant afford a gym memebership. all i have so far is a whight bench, barbels and door cables.
