So I got sort of a workout schedule, but I'm still unsure on things.
Heres it is.
Monday - Back, biceps, and abs
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - Chest, triceps, and abs
Thursday - legs and shoulders
Friday - off
Saturday - abs
Sunday - off
It's a schedule I sorta threw together and sorta did myself. First off I wana know if it would be wise to make thursday an off day. And secondly, I dunno what exercises to do. I've heard that you should do more than one exercise for each muscle but I don't know any. Gimmie some help so I can start beefing up.
I only have dumbells and a bench press, basically my goals are strenght for wrestling season. And of course, looking good for the women.
Look at one of the WBB routines for ideas, of what exercises can be done with DBs and a bench.
