Unfortunately, I don't have any starting pictures...
These are my results from 10 weeks of intermittent fasting + carb cycling. I went from 186lbs down to 161lbs. My training followed a 4d/wk upper/lower split. Mainly focused on the big barbell lifts, trying to maintain my 3rep maxes plus a bunch of accessory work.
I'm happy with my results, however I'd like to lose about 5lbs of fat to get that % a point or two lower.
